Couples &
Marriage Coaching
When you keep having the same problems, something has to change.
Most couples don't come to me because of one bad conversation. They come because they've realized they're stuck in a pattern they don't know how to change.
Maybe every attempt to talk turns into an argument. One of you shuts down while the other pushes harder to be heard. The same issues keep coming back, even when you thought you had resolved them.
Maybe you've simply grown apart.
Or maybe something more serious has happened. Trust has been broken. There has been infidelity. You're separated, considering divorce, or wondering whether there's enough left to rebuild.
Wherever you are, the first step is understanding what's actually happening between you.

It's Usually More Than the Argument
Couples often come to coaching focused on what they're fighting about.
Money. Sex. Parenting. In-laws. Responsibilities. Work. The house. How much time you spend together.
Those things matter. But often there is also a pattern underneath the disagreement.
You react to each other in predictable ways. The conversation escalates. Someone gets defensive. Someone withdraws. Neither person feels heard, and eventually you find yourselves right back where you started.
Changing that pattern can change the relationship.
What We Can Work On Together
• Communication that repeatedly breaks down
• Recurring arguments and unresolved conflict
• Feeling disconnected or more like roommates
• Rebuilding trust
• Infidelity and betrayal
• Avoiding separation or the possibility of divorce
• Boundaries
• Differences in expectations
• Sexual intimacy
• Major life transitions
• Reconnecting after years of growing apart
• Learning how to handle disagreement in a healthier way

What Does Coaching Look Like?
Maybe most important of all, I will pray for you at the start of every session...out loud. Real, lasting change will only happen with the Lord's help.
Coaching isn't about deciding who is right and who is wrong.
We'll look at the way the two of you communicate, what happens when conflict begins, and the patterns that keep pulling you back into the same place.
Then we'll work on practical ways to do things differently.
That may mean learning how to have difficult conversations without escalating them. It may mean communicating needs more clearly, listening differently, setting boundaries, rebuilding trust, or learning how to reconnect after a difficult season.
The goal isn't a relationship without disagreement. It's a relationship in which you know how to work through disagreement without damaging each other in the process.
Couples at Every Stage
I've worked with couples across nearly every stage of a relationship, from newlyweds to couples married for more than 40 years.
Some have come because they wanted to strengthen a basically healthy marriage. Others were in serious crisis. I've worked with couples dealing with infidelity, separation, broken trust, years of unresolved conflict, and the possibility of divorce.
No matter how long you've been together, patterns can change.
A Christian Perspective
My Christian faith shapes the way I understand marriage, commitment, forgiveness, sexuality, and relationships.
For Christian couples, that means we can talk openly about faith and allow it to be part of the coaching process.
It does not mean ignoring difficult realities, minimizing hurt, or pretending that every relationship problem has an easy spiritual answer.
We can be honest about what's happening and work toward real, practical change.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
You don't have to decide today how the whole story ends.
You just have to decide whether you're willing to do something different.
A free discovery session gives us a chance to talk about what's happening in your relationship, what you would like to change, and whether coaching with me is a good fit.
